WELCOME

Welcome to the Magnolia Meadows HOA website, where you can find information about the association, minutes from past meetings, and notices the Board sends out.  Also the Board encourages homeowners to contact the HOA through the website with any suggestions or concerns you may have concerning the HOA.  As we represent you, your feedback is important to us in our decision making.  All correspondence will be kept confidential by the Board.

Sincerely,
Magnolia Meadows HOA Board of Directors

ANNUAL MEETING

We had a great meeting this year in February.  The 2016 Budget was approved and annual dues are now $100.  Your prompt payment is appreciated as the association cannot operate without available funds.  A detailed explanation of the budget can be found here.

WE NEED YOUR HELP

The HOA Board needs your help, as we are currently operating with very few volunteers which limits what we can accomplish.  Magnolia Meadows is everyone’s community and we want to see it remain a wonderful place to live.  If you would like to help out in any way, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Do you want to be involved in your neighborhood?  Want to get to know your neighbors? Want to be part of the conversation about issues close to home?  Then we have an opportunity for you.  The HOA is a purely volunteer organization and the more people we have interested in helping out the more we can accomplish.  How much you want to volunteer is up to you.  No commitment necessary.

There are multiple ways you can volunteer, 1) you can be elected as a Board Member, 2) you can be appointed by the Board as an officer, 3) be appointed to the Architectural Control Committee, or 4) just be a volunteer in an area that interests you.

Board Members are elected for a three year term, and terms are staggered so that one position is open for reelection every year. Board Members are elected by homeowners at the annual meeting, so if you are interested or know someone who is interested please attend the annual meeting or contact the HOA.

Officer positions, such as President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, are appointed by the Board of Directors annually at the first directors meeting following the annual meeting of the homeowners, usually immediately following the Annual Meeting.

In the event that multiple homeowners wish to be considered for a Board or officer position, each candidate will have an opportunity to say a few words and then an election will be held.  For a description of what each officer position is required to perform, please refer to the HOA Bylaws contained on the website, or ask current Board members.

We look forward to seeing you at the annual meeting.
